Three simple steps to maximise your mobile signal.
STEP ONE
On-Site Survey
Following an initial consultation by phone to discuss project specifications, our team will begin by surveying your building and outdoor signal to draw up a report detailing the costs and equipment required to improve your mobile signal. This involves:
- Complete signal mapping and testing
- On-site expert consultation
- Detailed report on existing signal coverage
- Determining the best installation points
- Equipment recommendations and estimate
The survey cost is €295 plus VAT, refundable in full on installation. A free estimate based on floor plans is also available at this stage. However, a survey must be carried out prior to installation.
STEP TWO
System Design
Once specifications, timeframes, budgets and desired results are agreed upon, our highly trained engineers will develop a system of internal antennas and amplifiers, along with a full quote for the project, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and project management processes for the installation to ensure you are aware of what will be delivered. This involves:
- Total floor plan analysis
- Optimised design per your specifications
- Prediction reports on design performance
- Best antenna placement locations
- Equipment recommendations and estimate
STEP THREE
Installation
The full solution installation will then be completed, followed by robust testing and sign-off by network to deliver a post-installation report and warranty. This involves:
- Professional equipment installation
- Testing and sign-off
- Final report and design build
- Remote monitoring and support
- Post-installation reports and warranty
Once all project expectations are met, we will sign off and commission the system. There is an optional long-term commercial contract for maintenance available to support the 2-year warranty on all equipment.
A Note on Your Survey Report
Your Survey Report is available 24 hours after the on-site visit, which details the specifics of what needs to be done in order to put the best possible solution in place. It includes all of the following:
- Design of a distributed antenna system (DAS) to cover all floors
- Identification of specific priority areas and potential issues
- Signal level inside by floor and outside decibel (dB) levels by network
- Construction material of internal partition walls and exterior walls
- Identification of ceiling type – plaster or suspended ceiling
- Roof access to run cabling from external aerials to repeaters
- Riser access between floors
- Identification of adequate space above ceiling to run cables and mount directional couplers and splitters
- Identification of any issues with layout or construction that would impede cable runs or signal spread
- Identification of any remedial work required prior to and after the installation
- Travel and miscellaneous expenses
- System configuration layout drawing and connection diagram
- Full project costing and leasing options
